Maksym works in the sphere of sales, so he knows how to communicate with a client so that he felt comfortable: 

— It is very cool when the shop assistant advises, but does not foist something on. I don’t like obsessive communication and speech under template. There were shop assistants, who said that it suits me well despite the thing I tried on. I saw that the thing was fitting me badly, and they answered — it’s OK, it would be «to grow into». 

However, there were other cases when, in the same situation, the shop assistants said that I should better try on something else and offered options. I like being communicated as a friend. It's cool, when a person finds an approach to a client in a few seconds.
