On October 3, an intellectual talk show with useful and relevant tips for visitors will be held for the first time at the happy moments performance in Prospekt shopping mall. 
At the intellectual Happy moments, visitors to the shopping mall will be able to meet with a practicing psychologist, author of the book "Women Rule the world" Volodymyr Naumenko, podiatrists, pediatrician Natalia Priliepova and Abifarm respiratory etiquette expert Iryna Ivanova, as well aschild safety consultant Anna Nosach.

The topic of the talk show is "Practical tips for 2020 in the style of being your own psychologist", during which Volodymyr will share relevant life hacks:
•    How to have fun and emotionally cope with the new unpredictable challenges of the present;
•    Perception of yourself as the main character of your life;
•    How to stay positive in hard times and during difficulties; 
•    New rules of self-control and getting high from what is happening in your soul and around;
•    How to become a self-made psychologist with confidence and optimism 
The meeting will start at 15:00. Everyone will have the opportunity to ask their questions. The main rule is to observe social distance and respiratory etiquette. 
Safe workshop from podiatrists: how to protect your feet and feel comfortable all day long 
Podiatrists will conduct a practical consultation for the guests of Prospekt shopping mall, in particular, they will tell you: 
•    how to take care of your feet and shins; 
•    how to get rid of fatigue and heaviness;
•    how to choose the right shoes for yourself and your children.
The consultation starts at 16:00. Everyone will be able to ask doctors questions on the topic. 
Anti-covid-recommendations and test drive of masks 
One of the speakers of the talk show will be a pediatrician Natalia Priliepova, who is turned to for help by many residents of the Desnianskyi and Darnytskyi districts. She will tell you what everyone should know about COVID-19, in particular about the properties of the virus and the ways in which it is transmitted. This is a topic that is difficult for an ordinary citizen to understand due to the contradiction of information from different sources. The doctor will share only verified data, and all this in simple language. 
Natalia's speech will be complemented by an expert on respiratory etiquette Iryna Ivanova, who represents the Ukrainian manufacturer of masks Abifarm. In particular she will tell you:
•    how to distinguish a high-quality mask from a low-quality one;
•    how long can you wear a mask:
•    how to dispose a used mask properly.
Iryna will also test protective eco-masks for the audience. 
The anti-covid event will start at 18:00. Everyone will be able to ask the speakers questions.

Anna Nosach, founder of the children's safety school Life School, whose trainings were attended by more than 5 thousand children of different ages, will visit Prospekt shopping mall. She will tell visitors to the shopping mall about cybersecurity, namely:
•    how to talk to children about online behavior; 
•    why do you need privacy and how do you set it up;
•    what to do if the child has already fallen into a cyber trouble.
Anna will perform at the intellectual Happy moment location from 19:00. Everyone will be able to ask her questions on the topic.
