The only creativity supermarket Art Mart in Kyiv at Prospekt shopping mall has celebrated its first birthday. The festival took place creatively — adults drew pictures and children created unusual greeting cards. They were all brought together by an exciting creative flight process.

«Our mission is to show that everyone, both adults and children, have the artist's soul. And it does not matter how to draw - most importantly is to have fun while creating their own world on canvas. Every weekend various meetings with the masters are held in our supermarket, where adults, together with children, create interesting crafts, paint, and match colors. These moments bring together. The parents tell us that their children become more open and relaxed. During the year, we conducted more than 800 creative workshops. Our guests have made over 1,000 paintings and created more than 5,000 children's greeting cards. We have our own statistics for crafts: we have sold 28 104 m. of thread for embroidery, 3 690 000 pieces of beads and 1 700 l. of paint» - said Yuliia Ilkiv, Art Mart Marketing Manager.

Solomiia Osypenko, 2nd year student of Kyiv National University of Trade and Economics has painted a picture with cats for Art Mart birthday. Although she believes that she does not have special artistic talent, the girl has got a real pleasure at creativity supermarket: «I was delighted when I have taken the brush and picked up the paint. Creative atmosphere was inspiring for new positive thoughts. It is not easy to describe in words this feeling - it is peace of mind and a flight of fancy, the enjoyment from the process and the desire to create a picture to show the world in your favorite gorgeous colors. I wish everyone picked up a pencil or paintbrush and created their heroes without fear. And then let everyone describe the excitement that survived alone with himself and his thoughts. Now I deeply understand that the work reveals, calms and inspires».

In addition to master classes, creativity supermarket is raffling gift certificates, and the best works are made in special frames. The most popular among adults and children is «50 cats» drawing set. The depicted cat on the logo is a creative symbol of Art Mart.
