On March 14, Sova jewelry house will change the concept of a retail outlet in Kyiv, Prospekt shopping mall. 

Specially for the re-opening of SOVA, the first five customers will receive certificates with a value of UAH 1000, and all other visitors will enjoy discounts up to -50% from March 14 through March 21.

SOVA Pick up is a new compact format of retail outlets that occupy 2 sq.m. This format was developed for issuing orders from an online store. Thanks to the new Sova Pick Up format, you can now easily make a purchase from the SOVA website via your tablet directly at the outlet. Jewelry from the flagship collections of the jewelry house will also be presented here, so that customers can learn more about the brand's bestsellers.

We noticed that Prospekt shopping mall has a high percentage of orders from an online store, so we decided to adapt our outlet more to the e-commerce format. Changing the concept of a retail outlet will help to speed up and facilitate customer interaction with the store as much as possible, regardless of the sales channel, and thus be closer to the customer, as well as optimize the costs of this object and make it more efficient from the commercial point of view,” says Anna Koval, Marketing and Sales Director at SOVA. 

The new format will allow the brand to create new jewelry delivery pick-up outlets without significant investment as when opening a store and quickly scale due to the mobility of the new format.
