On June, 3 Prospekt shopping mall invites visitors to the first sport Prospekt Healthy Point. Free of charge trainings on the roof of the shopping mall will be run by professional trainers - Valerii Shipotko, winner of the purple belt of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and founder of the sports school FightSports and Yaroslav Kuzminov, founder and leading instructor of the Pro_Fit School of Professional Fitness.

The first sport Saturday in "Prospekt" shopping mall includes open trainings on Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Body Functional, Super ABS, yoga; in addition the event will include special lectures on how to train and to choose loads will be held.
