A while ago, a brand new concept Noodle Doodle bar was opened on Prospekt shopping mall. It is the first location of the chain that works in a food court of a shopping entertainment centre.

Artem Prorok, a co-founder and director of Noodle Doodle, says that the team was not long to appreciate the benefits of collaboration with Prospekt shopping mall – comfortable location, high attendance rate, and European standards of customer service.

Asian notes

“The mission of Noodle Doodle is to show the guests the diversity of Asian tastes. Our master-chefs have carefully elaborated the new menu, having chosen high-quality and exclusive ingredients. By the way, most of the exotic vegetables we use are grown by Ukrainian farmers especially for us. That is why our pricing policy for ready meals is very flexible. Besides, all dishes are adapted to the Ukrainian taste preferences. In Noodle Doodle, visitors can choose more or less spicy variants. We stick to the authentic Asian names of dishes. In order to tell visitors more about our exceptional meals, the interactive menu offers the comprehensive information on the content, ingredients and cooking methods”, Artem explains.

Time management

Noodle Doodle is not just a concept restaurant in the noodle bar format that offers Asian cuisine interesting for Ukrainians. The customer service in Noodle Doodle aims at time saving and minimization of waiting time, which is rather a problem in other restaurants. It takes Noodle Doodle team a couple of minutes to bring the visitor the ordered dishes. In the future, the noodle bar intends to introduce a system of online ordering, and then visitors will come at a suitable time.

No lines in Noodle Doodle

Thanks to important and properly managed organizational techniques, there are no lines in Noodle Doodle, even in the busy hours. High efficiency of service, high order processing rate, and elements of comfortable self-help make our approach one of the main advantages of the restaurant.

A bottomless glass

All drinks in Noodle Doodle are unlimited. A special machine helps guests to choose drinks, take second helpings and enjoy hot coffee, tea, cocoa or Pepsi, Mirinda, 7Up and mineral water.

Rice or noodle

“My favourite dish is coco Noodle soup with curry sauce. Our visitors can pick up side dishes, specify the meat and the level of spiciness. For example, the Kung Pao chicken can be served either with noodle or with rice. And there are different options for Hiyashi salad sauces, you can take satay for instance.
