What for the visitors of Prospekt Shopping Mall are ready to give up home-made dumplings and borshch?
Weekend asked chefs, directors, baristas and waiters of catering facilites with Ukrainian, European, Italian, Pan-Asian, Japanese and Chinese cuisines about the habits of their guests, unusual orders and favorite customers.

- This is a family restaurant with Italian cuisine - pizza, pasta, salads, desserts. We have a cozy family corner, to have a rest with children.
We use authentic Italian products - whole grain wheat flour, tomatoes and mozzarella, salami. Most of the ingredients are delivered directly from Italy, and add flavour to our dishes. This is the reason that people more often come to us to eat pizza. The most popular pizza is “Bayern”, people also like the simple classic “Margarita”, both adults and children like it. The most popular salad is Caesar. Children also like dumplings (varenyks) and cottage cheese pancakes. My favorite dishes in our menu are salmon carpaccio, salad with turkey from the seasonal menu, pizza with dried tomatoes and Parma ham.
On weekends, big companies usually book tables to celebrate holidays, just to get together for a lunch or a dinner. On business days, those who work nearby come to us to have a lunch. When couples come, girls often order salads, while boys - pizza or pasta. However, when the girls come alone, they order pasta or ravioli. Girls often make photo sessions on the background of salads or pizza. I have never seen guys doing this.

Foreign guests often order pizza “Margarita” adding different ingredients: a quarter portion of shrimps, olives, mushrooms ... That is, they make their own pizza. We can easily choose and combine different ingredients for pizza and pasta and our guests are happy with this. The average waiting time for an order makes 15-20 minutes. On average, we sell 150-200 pizzas per day.
