Weekend asked chefs, directors, baristas and waiters of catering facilites with Ukrainian, European, Italian, Pan-Asian, Japanese and Chinese cuisines about the habits of their guests, unusual orders and favorite customers.

– Kryla is fast food, our brand is Ukrainian one, it has been working on the market for many years. Our main products are French fries and wings. We also have snacks, sushi and large sets, burgers with chicken, beef and fish. Although we offer fast food, we also have products that are not too relevant to this category, for example, rolls, which are bought very often, we have regular customers who order rools and come to us to buy them.

We have a natural product, 100% meat, whether it is chicken, beef or something else. Most often our customers order:
wings which are sales leader
turbines - pita with chicken, sausages, salmon or vegetables, they can be chosen by those who observe fast, who prefer fish, and those who like filling food
burgers - especially big ones that are sold as one set with the menu. People can save a little ordering a large portion. In this category, 1-kilogram Familyburger is especially popular, it is often ordered by companies, or by families.

Men usually order wings, especially when there are promotions which include beer. For example, now we have a set of three buckets of wings with eight glasses of beer and men's companies often order this set. Girls more often choose sushi, turbines with salmon or vegetable salads, Caesar and Greek salads. In general,they prefer a lighter meal.
We have added to our menu smoothies based on natural fruits and ice cream; it is in great demand among young people, girls and children. Besides, lemonade has become very popular today.
Today we have seasonal ice cream, which is, of course, very popular among children. We also have a children's menu - a set that includes a burger, potatoes, cola or juice, a toy and a kinder surprise. We have toys for girls and boys - dolls, cars, rubber figures of animals.

We have regular customers who, as a rule, know the menu and make an order without any problems. Those who visit us for the first time often ask a cashier what to order, and he/she offers different options. We always advise new visitors to try our wings, because the wings remain our schtick, the bestseller and the most delicious dish.

Among our regular customers there is a nice young couple, they order different burgers and standard drinks each time. They are nice and friendly, and we have a lot of such clients.

The minimum waiting time for an order makes 2-3 minutes, the maximum is when the rolls are prepared, 8-10 minutes, if a set is ordered, waiting time can make, possibly, 15 minutes. Burger, pita breads are being cooked for about 5 minutes. 

We often have foreign guests. As a rule, they are surprised at low prices. However, regular visitors are also surprised by this. I often hear them saying, “Your prices are so low. Is it really a price of a burger? What is in it and why is it so cheap?” Price is our advantage, we we try to sell a lot, but at a low price.

Our main difference from other facilities at Prospekt's food court is that we are fast food, nowhere else here you can find burgers, potatoes or snacks. We also have a combined menu: not only burgers, but also salads and rolls. We can have a breakfast, a lunch and a dinner, in the menu there are dishes for men, for girls and for children. 

Most of all I enjoy communicating people, you give visitors delicious food, and they are satisfied, well-fed, often say, “thank you”. I especially like a turbine with salmon, it contains fish and vegetables, the dish doesn’t contain too much calories, but it is filling.
