Weekend asked visitors of Prospekt shopping mall about ideal shop assistants and imperfect buyers.

Kseniia and Dmytro work in the legal field. Kseniia likes dressing up beautifully and pick up things with a twist, those that others do not have, so she does not rely on the shop assistants’ advices:

— As for me, the ideal shop assistant is one that does not interfere, but can be found in the hall when I have questions. I am the buyer, who prefers walking around the store, and I feel uncomfortable, when someone breathes down my neck, as if they are pushing me to buy something. 

However, Kseniia respects the assistants’ work, never criticizes them and communicates politely. If she does not like something, then the girl will simply leave the shop:

— Each shop has its own rules, which are set by the employer, so I understand the assistants’ situation. Why should a person be criticized, if he performs his work well? Some buyers like educating shop assistants. I don't do like that.
