Do you like to be surrounded by attention and care as soon as you crossed the threshold of the store or do you want to be left alone and let you calmly choose what you need? Where is the golden mean, who sometimes needs to take off the crown and how does the attitude change when you work a bit as a shop assistant? Weekend asked visitors of Prospekt shopping mall about ideal shop assistants and imperfect buyers.

Natasha is a student, and she also works as a shop assistant. She told how she is looking for an approach to each buyer:

— There are people, whom I do not give advice, but simply offer help, for example, to decide on the size or take things to the fitting room. It is inconvenient to run from the fitting room to the hall and back to take some more things. The dialogue should be started in order to find the right note and get into the mood. If the buyer has not found the right size, I will offer to look for it in stock, because not all things from the dimensional grid are represented in the hall. I can advise what things will fit to each other, for example, to choose a blouse to the pants. I had no cases of someone being rude or impolite with me for the entire time of my work. 

The girl came not to work in the Prospekt shopping mall, but for shopping with her friends. Natasha told how she sees the ideal shop assistant and how her work changed her behavior in the shop:

— I like to immediately come to the shop assistant and say what I need. They know the assortment, and I don’t have to look for it in the shop by myself. That’s how I save time. When I’ve started to work, I began to treat things differently — I don’t turn over all the racks with clothes. Having examined the thing, I carefully hang it back to the same place. I understand that the shop assistants will have to restore the order till the end of the day.
