Do girlfriends always know tastes of each other and does the older generation make mistakes by making young people presents? Weekend has listened to six stories of visitors of Prospekt shopping mall and found out whether it is good idea to present clothes, linen and shoes to your loved ones.

You are always happy when you get “the blouse that you like” or very special jeans as a present. You are delighted with the things, and with the fact that someone has studied your tastes and preferences so thoroughly! But there are situations when a gift doesn’t bring you joy. Oleksandra knows who can present other people clothes, and who'd better not.
- It is a great idea to present other people things! The most important that people who make these presents know you well. My friends often present me different clothes; one of the latest gifts is a fashionable blouse from my close friend. It is easy to guess what I need, because we often go shopping together and have long studied each other’s tastes and sizes. I buy clothes for my friends and I know that they will be happy to get such gifts.
The only exception make gifts from the older generation. I don’t want my relatives to buy me things, because our views on fashion are too different. Our tastes do not coincide, I’m sad when I get something I will not wear, or when the way I dress is criticized.
