Yaroslav Zhuk is a certified fitness coach from The Change, specializing in calisthenics. A winner and a prize-winner of more than 40 championships. He was born and lives in Kyiv, graduated from the Kyiv Lyceum of Transport with honors and continued his own way of self-development and self-improvement.
During the project “Mіxology of trainings” at Prospekt shopping mall, Yaroslav surprised the participants with his charisma and skills in body management. It turned out that he acquired these competencies by studying calisthenics. This is a type of workout, a system of physical exercises based on working with a person’s own weight. In calisthenics additional equipment is often used in the form of various bars. After the training, a human body becomes more defined, “dry” and fit. Besides, the overall condition of the body improves. 
“My way in calisthenics begins when I entered the lyceum and, following the example of my friend, started to do this sport. I have been working in it for 8 years now, and it has already become a part of me and an inspiration in life. Everything is very simple: when you are surrounded by people who enjoy what they do, you become a kind and sympathetic person. Charisma is a feature that shows how open a person is to a dialogue and whether he/she can find a way out of any situation that happened. After my workouts, adults and children are happy and are looking forward to the next lesson,” Yaroslav notes.
He considers the fact that he started to do sports, despite the doctors' bans on physical activity to be his personal achievement. He proved to himself and to everyone around him that a person should never give up, but work on himself/herself to achieve the desired result. About the project “Mixology of Trainings” in Prospect Shopping Mall Yaroslav says, “Each performance at such events is a surge of adrenaline, a charge with positive emotions and a motivation to become better. Even more motivating is the fact that people like changes in life and they are ready to change, following those who set the right example.”
Being a real man, Yaroslav enjoys shopping, “It is a very cool thing. It is believed that only girls enjoy shopping, but this is not true. The guys are also fond of doing this (laughs). After all, every new thing is a new small piece of your life. By the way, I like Prospekt shopping mall very much, and I spend time here both for shopping and for entertainment.”
