To love yourself and to be loved by others, feel confident and motivate yourself for the better – these issues were discussed by fitness and yoga trainers on the project “Mixology of Trainings” at Prospekt shopping mall. The human body and consciousness work together, forming a single stream of desires and biomechanics. However, there are different techniques aimed to create a better copy of yourself - a copy with a defined lean body. The most important is to set a goal and to work hard achieving it. Regular exercises will improve not only your figure, but also your mental abilities: endurance, elevation of volitional threshold, recovery and even mind control.
“Already after a month of practicing yoga, a person feels that he/she has changed and reached a new level. The peculiarity of yoga is that after intense training you do not need to rest. You feel healthy, fresh and light, recovered from other life difficulties,” Taisiia Pavluikova, a certified yoga coach and author of individual training programs says.
A lot of people say that they used to start practicing several times and always quit: they couldn’t find a person who could explain the asanas and the performance techniques. At the same time, professional coaches are confident that the person must have a desire to practice. “I don’t even work with lazy students. If a person does not care about his/her health, then this is his/her choice. Everyone is free to decide for themselves how to live. I’ve learnt this lesson from my mentor whose indifference to students, became a motivator. I keep on developing. I prefer “blind yoga” which gives me an opportunity to learn to feel my body better and to control the processes in it,” Dmytro Bikmayev, trainer for ashtanga yoga and physiotherapy adds.
“One of the most irrecoverable losses is a waste of time. I spent more than 8 years of my life to get my present form and status. It was my personal choice. Today I combine strength functional and motivational training, as well as physical therapy. I think that it is useful to look in the mirror. It is not narcissism, it is pride in the work done and contemplation on what has to be done. This is visual communication with yourself. My students are artists, producers, judges, lawyers, businessmen, top managers, deputies, mothers, fathers who want to improve their health and personal aspects, becoming more fit and self-confident,” Ruslan Kudinov, functional fitness trainer of Level Up says.
“I consider that it is my personal achievement that I started to do sports despite the restrictions of physicians. I proved to myself that we should never give up, we have to work on ourselves and achieve the desired result. For myself I chose calisthenics which includes a system of physical exercises for managing a person’s own weight and even his/her own charisma,” Yaroslav Zhuk, calisthenics coach says.
“While communicating with fitness trainers of different styles I made several conclusions. First, the person has to decide what goals he/she sets for himself/herself, what he/she is ready to risk and on what he/she is ready to spend time to achieve the desired result. Coaches can just advise, suggest and motivate. Second, personal compatibility and comfortable communication with the trainer are very important. For some people, a delicate approach is important, others need a challenge. The third aspect is that there is no limit for perfection and there is nothing impossible in self-improvement, in developing your will-power and increase of a volition threshold. I often challenge myself. At the project “The Mixology of Trainings”, I was charged with new ideas for 2019,” Olena Obukhivska, PR and communications manager at Prospekt shopping mall, summarizes.
