The restaurant of the Ukrainian chain Lviv Croissants, or as its owners also say, "bakery of happiness", where you can taste freshly baked, plump and crispy croissants, has been launched in Prospekt shopping mall. Depending on your preferences, mood and appetite level, you can choose from croissants-sandwiches and products with sweet fillings: chocolate, almond, butter and custard. 

Regarding the origin of the crescent bun, there are several historical versions: despite the French-language name, its homeland may be Vienna. Back in the 17th century, one of the Viennese pastry shops began to serve a product resembling a modern croissant with coffee. However, the French improved the recipe for the bun: they replaced the dough with puff pastry and added the filling. 

Lviv Croissants have taken on an important mission – to become ambassadors of croissants in Ukraine and adapt them to the needs of fellow countrymen. Therefore, buns in the bakery are made large, and fillings are not spared, because Ukrainians prefer hearty snacks. However, the French charm in the bakery is preserved, because, according to the owners of Lviv Croissants, we better understand our own culture when we get to know other ones.
